Shipping Policy

Worldwide shipping is available, however customers from Gibraltar and Russia and required to contact us before ordering your products. If you live in a remote/rural area, please contact us before placing an order otherwise you may be subject to an additional sur charge. 

 

All items are shipped with UPS at a service which accommodates you as much as we can. 

Parts are usually dispatched within 24 hours of ordering, turntables and larger products such as speakers, mixers etc can take 5-10 days. Please contact us if you require express delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of the items, we allow a 14 day returns policy if the item is returned in the exact pristine un used condition it was sent in. This is subject to assessment by our technician. After this period, returns will only be accepted if there is a fault in the item (this does not include damage sustained to the item during your ownership). This is subject to discussion with BoommanSales. 

Returns can be arranged via phone or email and we do not accept liability for any damage obtained to the item whilst in transit. 

Return postage fees are discussed once you've contacted us to inform us of your reasons for return. 

Due to the nature of the items, we do not offer an exchange policy, so it is important to research the turntable/mixer/speaker or call us prior to ordering the item. Technicians are able to help find a product suitable for your needs and discuss options with you. 

Exchange is only applicable if the item is damaged beyond repair, but this is to be assessed by our technicians and the damage cannot have been obtained by the customer.
